Federal grant reporting is a mess. CEO micro manages all staff who get her attention. Senior leadership is muzzled by the CEO, she frequently gets into the weeds at every level on a granular level. Policies around promotions are unclear. Zero accountability for senior leadership, frivolous use of donor funds. No apparent succession plan. CEO will sit on staff meetings and write down each staff member's name who isn't on camera, while calling into serious HR or leadership calls from her phone.
