Pros
Good commission structure. Support staff is great and company vehicle provided. They do believe that they are the only ones doing it right
Cons
Constant comings and goings. Awful staff meetings Not a place you would enjoy working at. Culture is all wrong. Constant tracking of every movement and no support from upper management despite them constantly saying how they do. There is more to support than ease of data entry. Company must have changed business model every few months during my years there. Never have your back.
