Unhealthy, understaffed, toxic environment - Director Rebound Behavioral Health Employee Review

Rebound has been chronically understaffed due to poor leadership, low pay, and overworked therapists. Twenty four dollars an hour is the average hourly rate for a Master’s level therapist, The caseloads are sometimes 24 per therapist due to short staffing. The amount or work required isn’t feasible in an 8 hour day, more like a 12 hour day. Some employees are allowed to bully others and administration looks the other way, chalking it up to personality differences. Current administration talks about employees job performance to other employees, including potential disciplinary action and who they would like to coach out. Very unprofessional behavior. Don’t make the deadly mistake of discussing your concerns, you will be coached out. Current administration doesn’t value anyone’s opinion but their own.
