Is this your company?

There's happy people, but it's a rough start - Anonymous employee Reboot Networks Employee Review

Pros

The company is willing to take on new employees with no previous experience. But if you're new to the industry, be ready to self-learn...and quickly. You'll shadow a couple colleagues to start, but the "training" is minimal. It's sink or swim. The early days are rough for most. Prove yourself and you can earn a lot of autonomy over time.

Cons

Micromanagement. The bar is set high...at times, too high. I'm talking so high that fish would be rated 4 out of 5 for ability to breath under water. You're expected to be enthused over average marks because the company average is a much higher standard than elsewhere.

Pros

Reboot provides excellent, best-in-class managed information technology and cybersecurity services for small businesses. Their technical acumen, developed through more than 20 years in the business, is excellent and driven top-down by management. As an employee, it feels good to work for a firm who is genuinely interested in doing good for their clients and the world at large. There are plenty of opportunities for career growth and skills acquisition. Corporate culture is great and not overbearing - they make sure there are lots of opportunities for employees to meet and interact and support each other. Reboot truly makes you feel like you're a human being first and employee second. Work/life balance is important and respected.

Cons

I truly can't think of any downsides to working for Reboot. Professionally and personally, the company has been great to work for.
