Pros
- Fully remote, you can work from anywhere. - Friendly, honest, and open-minded colleagues. - Pay is at the top of the market that you are in. - No management hierarchy. A holacracy structure is used, this makes it far easier to get work done. This also means less meetings. - Advocates self-management and growth (Teal organization). - Unlimited time-off.
Cons
The downside of being fully remote and being able to work from anywhere is that you have to manage your own taxes. However, this also means that it's easier to move country and keep the same employer. As cons go, this is a small one.
