      Simply the best place for professional growth I've ever experienced. Amazing talent withing the company will guide you along the way.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. If you are expecting a waterfall type environment, this will not be the place for you.

      WFH, Nice Teammates, Flexible Schedule

      Cons

      Leadership. The CEO lacks direction & runs the company like a dictator. Sent out survey once and didn't like the responses he got so he sent out an email threatening to let go of people that 'weren't observant enough'. Makes major decisions based on his gut.
