Leadership. The CEO lacks direction & runs the company like a dictator. Sent out survey once and didn't like the responses he got so he sent out an email threatening to let go of people that 'weren't observant enough'. Makes major decisions based on his gut.

Work with great people and be open to trying new things.

Work on a horizontal organization looks beautiful in theory but in practice is just mess and disorganization.
