Clique and gossip environment - Engineer RebelDot Employee Review

- no real growth opportunities (heavy load & managers are taking credit on your work) - no real care (putting people on 2,3 projects on the same time, and expecting to perform 100% for each client) - too many juniors who are not taking, of course, the best tehnical decisions - less seniors to set up solid infrastructure - seniors with ideas and improvements are dismissed - treating people like we are in the kindergarten - dismissing people feedback - no salary raises or < minimum - speaking all about transparency and showing pie-charts and graphs considering that most people does not understand business stuff like this. We need real facts, not numbers on a PowerPoint that does not mean a thing - disrespectful and lack of accountability - Gossip. Gossip. Gossip. Gossip.
