Pros

There used to be a lot of great people here.

Cons

The majority of experienced people left so the answers to questions most people have just...don't get answered. People don't feel as supported as they could if there was clear direction and expectations.

Great culture that encourages growth through education and risk taking. They love to promote from within and have built great channels to foster continual feedback and review.

Cons

Executive and senior roles can be political at times, however most staff is insulated from these issues.
