Good people to work with

Horrible owner and senior leadership. You will never hear a positive feedback. All the good workers who were engaged and had knowledge about what they were actually doing was fired or pushed out the door. MANY. Starting from star customer service agents to experienced VPs (14 years with the company) , Office managers and many more. CEO has no direction or control over things. Just another YES man for the owner. If you are looking for a company to work to grow within, this is definitely not the place to be.

Pros

Great culture that encourages growth through education and risk taking. They love to promote from within and have built great channels to foster continual feedback and review.

Cons

Executive and senior roles can be political at times, however most staff is insulated from these issues.
