Pros

Some really good people. Unfortunately most people are currently looking for new roles.

Cons

Extremely toxic and abusive work environment. Leadership regularly yells, swears, and speaks to employees in a demeaning way. The owner frequently has screaming matches with staff, puts people down in front of others, and creates an atmosphere where employees feel anxious, discouraged, and afraid to speak up. People are often left feeling embarrassed, upset, or defeated after interactions with him. There is no real leadership, only control, and decisions are driven by ego rather than professionalism. The company also appears to be struggling. Clients have been leaving, support is inconsistent, and the constant turnover makes it difficult to maintain quality. When clients leave, employees are often blamed rather than leadership taking responsibility. Based on the current direction, it is hard to see how the company will remain stable long term. The company claims to offer a hybrid schedule, but in practice it is not flexible. Meetings are often scheduled at the last minute and employees are expected to be in person with little or no notice. If a meeting is added on a work-from-home day, people are expected to drop everything and come into the office immediately or risk getting in trouble. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. Employees are often set up to fail and then blamed when things go wrong. Pay is well below market and advancement is rare. Turnover is extremely high. About half the staff has left in the last six months, with several people leaving in just the past few weeks. Morale is extremely low and many employees seem burned out or checked out. The environment is very unprofessional. Alcohol use during the workday is common and people openly drink in the office. Employees have complained about this multiple times, but nothing changes. HR is not independent, so concerns are not taken seriously and people do not feel safe reporting issues. There are some good people who work here, but the overall culture is unhealthy and not sustainable. I would never recommend working here to anyone I know.

Pros

- Cozy workplace - Free coffee, I guess

Cons

Where do I even begin? Leadership has no idea what they're doing. They just throw around buzzwords at Town Halls about how they're better than everybody else, and then proceed to lay people off because constantly losing clients. The CEO runs not a tight ship, but a dictatorship. You will be pushed to your limit just to meet the bare minimum of expectations. You will have to drive to events across the state and not expect any kind of mileage reimbursement. You're expected to do work on weekends or night at times. Remote work is frowned up. The CCO/COO does nothing but sit around, drink, flirt, and use big words to make himself sound unique. There was a time he messed up an employee's long-term deal and started a screaming match with him instead of taking accountability. The President doesn't even know what the company does. At all the events he speaks at, he looks down and stutters his way through a ghostwritten script/presentation. You will be cornered into doing tasks with insane expectations. Make one mistake and you might be on the chopping block. Do not work here.
