Cons

Senior Management lacks clear direction, professional and leadership skills. Decisions often seemed reactive than strategic. Minimal encouragement for open communication within teams/across departments created silos and confusion. Little to no accountability. Employee feedback, whether about product improvements, processes or workflow efficiency was rarely acknowledged or acted upon. Sudden layoffs were communicated with little transparency or empathy, which left remaining employees undervalued and insecure. There were no professional development opportunities, mentorship or clear responsibilities. Employees were not rewarded, encouraged or supported to grow.

Pros

-Working here has been an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth. The company culture encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and work–life balance, which makes it easy to stay motivated. Benefits are competitive, compensation is fair, and there are plenty of opportunities for career advancement. I also appreciate the strong emphasis on innovation and the freedom to share ideas that actually get implemented.

Cons

No major cons. As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, and priorities shift — but leadership does a good job keeping everyone aligned.

Pros

There’s a lot of flexibility to explore different styles and propose original ideas. Designers work closely with other departments, which makes projects more efficient and enjoyable. Plus, the remote setup works smoothly and they respect your time which I really appreciate.

Cons

They are genuinely focused on growing and building a work environment everyone can enjoy and appreciate. Even when we have to work overtime, it’s compensated fairly, which shows they value our time. I don’t really have anything negative to mention so far.
