Pros
The atmosphere and social ambience are great. Healthy work-life balance and work\social. The DNA is of professionalism, collaboration and joined effort to succeed and improve all the time. Employees tend to stay for many years. There are some unique experts in the fields of cyber security from whom one can learn rare and precious knowledge.
Cons
As a startup, though very well established and stabled, the processes are very agile, dynamic and require ability to adapt on a daily basis - might not be everyone's cup of coffee ;)
