      Pros

      hourly wage acceptable for the area i live in. 401k is offered. they give you a turkey at thanksgiving time. small bonus at christmas time.

      Cons

      no paid lunch. you have to pay for healthcare. no vision care. "dental plan" only pays up to $750 PER YEAR. no pension/retirement. no cost of living adjustments. employees are kept in constant fear of being replaced. LOTS of forced overtime. greedy when giving raises.

      Pros

      The pace is somewhat laid back

      Cons

      Ditto the first comments above. No real future there, stuck in the mud management, spend big money on equipment to avoid taxes but no raises for employees, then the owner comes around and say we aren't making any money. The place is depressing, you won't look forward to a good experience there, trust me.
