There are many very smart + very nice people to work with and learn from Projects can include solving very fascinating technical problems or working on big infrastructures You get the freedom to learn new skills and explore projects. They incentivize getting certifications Great leadership. We get monthly surveys and leadership listens to the feedback. We got better benefits, including bigger 401K match! You get treated as a person, not like a cog in the machine Company keeps growing and exploring new areas
Cons
It's consulting, so you get a lot of variety with client attitudes + expectations Frequent changes as we grow. I think this is good, but it can be a con if you like stability
