      Pros

      I'm an agent as well as a employee. As an agent I came from a high split brokerage. I now get all the benefits of a high split brokerage with an annual cap of only $3,500 - that's only $500 on my first 7 transactions. As an employee I have been promoted to several new positions and love working here.
