      Major investments in data expansion and infrastructure, required at a minimum to stay competitive in the market.

      Cons

      Senior managements vision for the future of the organization is misguided, due to limited industry experience. Significantly over estimated their value proposition in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Great culture from top to bottom. 401k, good benefits, good marketing, nice location in Irvine, gym in the office.

      Cons

      Little too much turnover in some parts of the business.

      Pros

      This company has had it's ups and downs for sure, but they are building a great team and I am glad to be part of it. The company gets along like few I have ever worked at. The management seeks input and things move forward, I know they had many issues just a few years ago, but the new owners (PE firm) care about the future, they participate in a pro active manner and I believe the company has a very bright future. Definitely glad I came!

      Cons

      They have some tendencies from startup days, but are open to change.
