I am new with the company, a new agent in general and genuinely feel welcomed at Realty Partners. The Emerging Agent program I'm in has given me a wealth of information at my finger tips and quite a bit of direction to get me started down the path of success for my newly found journey. Even the few times that I did feel a bit overwhelmed, support and advice was just a quick phone call or email away. Everyone I have communicated with in the company thus far has been absolutely wonderful. I am honored to have Tanya as my mentor and grateful to have such a charismatic leader as Thomas the CEO. I originally was only "shopping" around on the internet for a place to park my license or somewhere to get referral fees. I ended up going with my gut and joined Realty Partners, and as new agent that really knew nothing more than what I got out of the licensing exam, I feel like I made the right choice. I recommend the Emerging Agent Program to anyone just getting started and needs a mentor and some guidance. I'm also excited about the potential for profit sharing and I think it will be a great motivator for me.
