Thomas Heimann is the best reason to join Realty Partners because he has put together an agent centric business model for agents to succeed beyond their imaginations. We own 55% of the company. We can work up thru the ranks to Sr Partner and retire with a 7 figure a year income. Agents are given the best tools to work with and to help them succeed, from a $2000/month CINC website, OpCity referral platform and lead generation. And it all comes together on the Back Agent software that keeps all your transactions organized and recorded. There is a Team atmosphere fostered from the top. We constantly look out for each other making it a joy to work here. Team meetings which are not mandatory, are a great way to start off your week. I actually look forward to Monday mornings and after 14 years in the business, I always learn something of value. It's an exciting time to be here at Realty Partners.
Cons
Only one, there are so many sophisticated tools to help the agents that it can seem a bit overwhelming at the very beginning. But Thomas is a master teacher and trainer so you are up in running in a very short time. If you hit a snag, there is always help from Thomas or a senior agent ready to help.
