Pros
Amazing people that work incredibly hard, too hard though. New leadership being put in and they are immensely talented in each of their disciplines and is a "dream team" in my opinion but see the cons, it is very important to understand if you are considering joining the organization.
Cons
Founder is toxic and counter productive. Insists that the more frantic the work environment and ridiculous demands being met, the more effective people are. He does not understand the "work smarter" concept, he'd rather you spend your day writing exactly what you have done and printing out proof of everything you're doing. Mind you, he expects this of even his c-level so there is bound to be attrition, it is clear as to why the company has a 60% turn-over rate.
