Pros
This company was a rising star based out of Ashburn, VA. The best part for me was the 24hr on call availability of Broker/Owners. They were also open to new ideas in Marketing, as opposed to being stuck in the Big Box Realty co's generic marketing solutions
Cons
The biggest con for me was that the owners sold out to a national brand that focussed mostly on REO business. That is not for me, so much of my business fell out of focus. There was also the assimilation into the corporate real estate world, which had worked so hard to get out of from my earliest years in the business.
