Pros
Once you're trusted, they give you great flexibility as long as you're meeting your deadlines. Good co-wokers overall make it a hard place to leave. Fun company events throughout the year. And you get paid for overtime (not x1.5 but better than nothing). If you're aware of what the consulting world is about, this is a great company.
Cons
With it being a consulting firm, deadlines are the determining factor on everything. This means you need to work extra time if needed. Sometimes there is not a sufficient amount of staff support so you end up doing more tasks than you should as a "higher-up" position. With that said, this company forsure follows the old saying of "S*** flows downhill"
