Pros
There is always someone to talk to and something to talk about. There is a family atmosphere as well as a very conducive work environment. Management is down in the trenches with us, quick to help, flexible, and easy to reach. The business is growing so fast that there is plenty of opportunities to expand your knowledge, learn something new, and keep things fresh. Dress code is casual with the only stipulation that clients not see us look like slobs.
Cons
Traffic and construction can make access to the office a bit painful, but it isn't too bad. At times the office can get a little noisy, but nothing ear phones can't negate.
