Pros

Flexi time Initial onboarding Training Technology

Cons

Once the initial training and onboarding is complete the real hell begins The difference between this agency and other toxic agencies if these guys lure you in with false promises and don’t practice what they preach. It’s HEAVILY micro managed, KPI obsessed, non supportive and they will get rid of you without a care in their world. You just need to look at their own poor retention rate.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you had a positive experience with our flexible working, onboarding, training, and technology; these are areas we continually invest in and are proud of. We're genuinely sorry to hear you felt negatively about other aspects of your time with us. We understand that workplace changes can be difficult, and we appreciate that transitions, especially when they involve people, can feel personal. Please know that we do not take these matters lightly. We’d like to clarify that we have a strong track record of retaining and developing high-performing team members, and we are committed to creating a culture of support, transparency, and fairness. Any decisions we make around performance are always carefully considered, with the appropriate support offered beforehand, and in line with employment law. That said, we understand that everyone’s experience is personal, and we’re always looking to learn and improve. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Pros

-Before joining Realm, I came from an environment where training felt like a tick‑box exercise. Here, it’s genuinely embedded in the culture. Coaching is thoughtful, collaborative, and designed to build real confidence in your abilities. I regularly leave sessions with clarity, insight, and a clear plan for how to progress my desk. -The flexibility here allows you to balance life outside of work without guilt. With no set working hours, you can structure your day around when you’re functioning at your best, rather than forcing productivity at times that don’t suit you. -Working on a specialist desk means you quickly develop deep knowledge of your niche. This not only strengthens conversations with candidates and clients, but also boosts your confidence and credibility as a recruiter.

Working at Realm Recruit for over 3 years has been the most rewarding experiences of my working career. We have such a supportive and collaborative team who all work together to achieve our individual and company goals, allowing us to create a positive and flexible working environment. Everyone at Realm Recruit is approachable including our leadership team who are always completely transparent with any decisions needing to be made/where our company is heading so everyone is on the same page. There is a genuine interest into everyone's well-being/work-life balance and a huge support with development which has allowed me to not only grow as an individual but progress within the company multiple times. I have always felt extremely valued and trusted within my role, I feel very lucky to have found a company like Realm Recruit to work for and I'm looking forward to continuing being a part of the journey!
