Supportive and Progressive - Associate Consultant Realm Recruit Employee Review

Working at Realm Recruit for over 3 years has been the most rewarding experiences of my working career. We have such a supportive and collaborative team who all work together to achieve our individual and company goals, allowing us to create a positive and flexible working environment. Everyone at Realm Recruit is approachable including our leadership team who are always completely transparent with any decisions needing to be made/where our company is heading so everyone is on the same page. There is a genuine interest into everyone's well-being/work-life balance and a huge support with development which has allowed me to not only grow as an individual but progress within the company multiple times. I have always felt extremely valued and trusted within my role, I feel very lucky to have found a company like Realm Recruit to work for and I'm looking forward to continuing being a part of the journey!

The business offers great flexibility - so you can take time off in your day (but note this doesn’t come without cons) There are also some really lovely people who I worked with, and I enjoyed the assistance fellow peers gave to me. The MD is actually a nice person too, despite my experience

I was sold recruitment (and realm in particular) as the agency to join and learn my trade, and they promised to be different to every other agency. At first, all was fine and a strong culture was created with lots of collaboration, support and team bonding days…but as soon as billings started to drop for the team, management changed entirely. Flexibility was chopped away, micromanagement was increased, call targets were suddenly brought in (something the agency originally said wasn’t part of their style), and the business started to use its “culture” to effectively brainwash fellow staff. Making staff cry at work through stress is a sure fire con
