Family Friendly & Fun Culture - Office Manager Realized Employee Review

Small company (~25 people) that's very family friendly. The workplace is collaborative and team focused and is a place where your opinions are heard and you're able to make a difference. The management structure is flat so leadership is open and communicates well with employees. You're expected to work hard but the culture is fun and "Austin 'relaxed" and the company sponsors monthly social events and tries to make sure everyone has a sense of belonging as the company grows. The culture here is the best one I've worked in and you can tell management supports and cares about you.
