Good first job - Primary Counselor Realization Center Employee Review

Working at the Realization center I have been able to learn, grow and become a part of a team that feels like a family most of the time. I have been allowed to grow professionally and challenge the fears that I had coming into this field. The staff are supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable and we help one another, especially when the day becomes hectic.

The nature of this field, which entails lack of attending sessions on time which then spills over to another appointment.

Nice people, free food on occasion

Low pay, worked to the brim, not a fun job
