Pros
Most of your peers are good people, but it ends once you go up the chain. Used to have a great culture of celebration, but recent management changes have chased all fun out the door.
Cons
Management doesn't care about employees. The quarterly layoffs are getting pretty old. There are generally re-orgs at least twice a year, when things are finally getting settled from the last one.
