      Pros

      You get to work on projects for large scale clients.

      Cons

      Head of project is insufferable - constantly insulting and pressuring. Deadlines are unrealistic sometimes, the company is focused on making money only, employees aren't that important. You get kicked between projects causing stress and heavy context switches.

      Pros

      Nice people, working for big companies helped me gain some connections

      Cons

      No coding standards, and management was toxic. No perks, no Cibus, no parking, low salaries, pressure from customers. Mediocre developers, all the good devs are leaving very quick.
