      Pros

      Nice work culture. Decent people to work with. Loose environment and a generally fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      The subsidy, when divided by hours you work there, is less than 8 dollars an hour, which is less than minimum wage in DC and definitely not enough to survive in this city
