You will be grinded by work 24*7 and no one would appreciate you, instead the CEO will pull your leg infront of everyone trying to show you as someone who knows nothing. The other development team members are good and all terrified of the CEO.
Cons
Glassdoor can't let me write in bad language but only bad language can tell who Moody is. Both Preksha and Moody are really cunning and know whats the mindset of a fresher who just came out of college. And they try to exploit it to the fullest. You wont be paid for internship no matter how much work you do. You will be asked to work more than 8 hours and if you want to leave after working 8 hours, you get asked why are you leaving every single day? Once in a while moody rounds every one up and the abuse every single person to show who is the boss. The culture is barbaric, moody sits like a king and once in a while roam in the office picking up anyone if he feel like.
