      Pros

      Literally none! Well maybe the free coffee and tea in the WeWork building. But when it comes to working here, there is NO benefit. No healthcare, no parking etc.

      Cons

      Where do I start? The management style here is based on fear and terror. If you have any opinion, keep your mouth shut because the two co-founders are the only ones that can make decisions. -The culture here is toxic. You literally cringe when the CEO calls your name because you can get fired at any moment. -The CEO lacks any real understanding on how to lead a company. The vision for this company changes daily and I mean daily. This makes working here unreal because the exceptions change on a consistent basis so that you can never gain any traction whatsoever. -You are on-call at all hours of the day. If the CEO slacks you, you better answer or you will hear a mouth full the next day. The mentality here is that, if the company pays you, they OWN you. So you better be available at any given time

      Pros

      Hard-working team with get-it-done attitude. Game-changing disruption for the CRE industry. Great to be around an A-class product team. Company is metrics and goals driven; no day is slow, and my contribution is appreciated.

      Cons

      Few employees who lack understanding of what working at a startup is like. Hence high turnover on the sales side. No benefits yet, but thats expected at an early stage startup.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to wear multiple hats, so you will learn a lot - Great for self starters - Suggestions you have are heard and implemented - You will build out processes. - Not much competition in the space - Pay is decent considering the size of company - I had a great team

      Cons

      - Will have to wear multiple hats, which is good but distracting from your primary role. Which you are still expected to fulfill well. - There are no real SOPs or processes in place. The plane is being built in the air like any seed start up. - Lack of training/development - There's still a lot of pushback from prospects because the CRE industry is so old school. They're hesitant to change. - There can be a lot of siloing.
