Pros
I have to say that I am typically not a person who engages in platforms such as this, however, I feel very passionate about responding to some negative comments that I have just recently become privy to on this site. As a full-time and happy employee of RealWorld Marketing, I am shocked and would like to take a stand on the extreme character assault of my employer and the reckless trashing of this company that I have made my home. While everyone is entitled to their opinion... I would like to go on the record as a happy Real World employee!
On the subject of management, while they are allowed their bad days and may not greet us every day with flowers and kisses, they are hardly tyrants. Strong business people? Definitely. Direct and to the point? Sure. Will you be held accountable for your responsibilities? Absolutely! Personally, I consider these qualities and worthy of your PROS side. Understandably, this management style may not be comfortable for all, but I am personally very grateful for that no-nonsense approach and thrive in an environment that pushes me to be my best.
Cons
All of these national accounts... must we expand so far away? The travel for client facing can be brutal, but no complaints! Planes, trains or automobiles... we will get there!
