I worked at Real Time for almost 5 years, and only left recently due to moving abroad. During my time there I was given considerable training and investment into my personal and professional development. I was able to gain promotion from senior delivery consultant, to team lead and ultimately delivery manager. The database can get some getting used to initially but it is packed with relevant and recent candidates! As with most recruitment roles, the peaks far outweigh any of the troughs.

Everyone works closely together no matter what level you are and being in a small team means your opinions are always listened to and respected. Supportive encouraging management who are easy to approach with whatever questions or issues you may have. No questions are dismissed as unimportant. Although there is a relaxed, friendly team atmosphere every consultant works hard and is dedicated to doing a good job which makes it a motivating environment. In a job with long hours that can be mentally demanding at times a supportive motivational work environment is essential which Real Time provides.

Long hours Monday to Thursday which is expected in the recruitment industry but early finishes every Friday is a great benefit which not many other agencies have.
