Good starting pay. Work from home. Young work environment. Overall good experience so far with the company. Fast promotion.
Cons
Very incompetent HR. A lot of things to improve on since it’s a pretty new company in the Philippines. Hard to have a raise even if you get promoted. Very average or minimum benefits. Does not have a strong company culture. Monday to Saturday work.
