Pros
i am very grateful that we did not return to the office full time post-covid - there is flexibility involved with working remote which is helpful and appreciated.
Cons
even after being with the company for 5+ years there is no job security. when the market takes a turn, anyone and everyone could be up for elimination with no consideration for the time they have committed to the company. its all about money, which i understand to a point, however you also need to foster a safe & nurturing work environment if you want the good people to stick around.
