Pros
Everyone has their own office space. The creative team and producers are very talented individuals that strive to produce the best product. The culture among the younger employees is very welcoming and family like. Everyone is invited to lunches and become close friends. A great place to get experience and learn from talented higher ups. The workload is intense but you will get some great portfolio pieces.
Cons
Most creatives are part-time contractors getting worked to the bone. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. This company has a ridiculous turnover, I saw at least 10 people leave in less than a year. With the high turnover comes new staff who are improperly trained and expected to know how to do their job without any guidance. This leads to poor planning and mistakes. The upper management does not know the names of most under them and don't really care to at all. Management uses an intimidation and fear tactic to attempt to motivate employees, but instead it translates into verbal abuse and discontent.
