      good fun team to work with there are no issue with funding, resources always available

      Cons

      no incentive policy politics - its there in all companies but since its a small team its more shown here. smart people will not last long here, only people who know how to play the game will last.

      Its an Awesome place to work...hard to say Good Bye Live in movies... Life moves in movies... The company which have a true passion in movies ... especially post production. The Real Hero in behind the scene of many revolutions in the movie/cinema industry. If u r not bother abt your salary... this is the best place to work ... At Real Image we will see what is commitment.. 24*7 emergency situation... Your boss will be your boss at the time only when its required .. otherwise he/she is ur friend.

      Cons

      Salary / increment is the Only issue ... But No other company to compare the standard.

      Cool environment , Friendly People , And have a very Good Working experience with my team , Free to do what ever you want ( Freedom ) but For freedom you need to complete that task what ever given ..

      Cons

      Should listen to the Employee what they have to say when something went wrong , They do listen but do not consider that as an Excuse.
