The CEO is a sadistic psychopath who gets pleasure from making their employees cry, belittle them and show them he is more powerful than them. Refuses to hire anyone who is better than him, which leads to a lot of hired people that makes you wonder how they got there. (a marketing manager that does not know how to use meta, ads, or what a KPI is). If you quit they will hunt you and stalk you for months. Also they threaten with ruining your life if you quit.
