It's great chronicling the stories of so many successful students. The best part of my job is interacting with students on social media, creating content, and directing them to helpful tips on the blog. They always seem really appreciative. First-time house flippers are the best. They have one thing in common: they all had a dream of leaving the 9 to 5 grind behind. I love posting photos of them at the title company after closing on their first deals. The team here at the office is lively. It definitely gets poppin' in the afternoons. Management offers great incentives. Turnover is low. Perks include catered lunches twice a month, snow days, and snacks.
Cons
I eat my body weight in Cliff bars.
Management cares about being accessible to students as much as possible so work hours aren't that flexible.
