We're so glad things are going well for you here at RED, and appreciate your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve communication and definitely want to make sure every employee is getting the time they need and deserve from management! We hope you're enjoying our frequent leadership town halls and find that those, in combination with the weekly team meetings, are improving communication and access to leadership!
I have been working at Real Estate Digital for quite a long time. The work environment is awesome and I love working with all the people at RED. They have lots of very smart proactive and talented people and seem to collaborate very good. Through my many years the collaboration and team work has significantly matured to where things are very organized and clear. Part of this has to do with newer tools/technology that we adopted that brings us together. RED also is stays on top of the latest bleeding edge technology which is awesome. Keep this up!
Cons
Though I hate to mention cons, I do wish RED has better benefits (medical) and more rewards/raises. Going through difficult times in the past such as the crash of 08 and the few years thereafter, I understand cutbacks, savings, generally being smart about finance in such tough times. It's the smart thing to do to keep the company alive. However, if the company is doing well and is growing it would be nice if the employees can also enjoy a sigh of gratitude and appreciation.
