Pay is atrocious. Shoots are tedious and unnecessarily lengthy. Got offered promotion- my promotion was a tiny pay increase for getting them 10 new clients a month. Sound familiar?

I have worked multiple positions in the real estate photography industry, and Real 3D Space BY FAR has the most unfair pay of them all. You are essentially earning 15 bucks an hour, while you are making the company upwards of 5/600$ per shoot. It is utterly insulting. Do not work here- they do not value their employees nearly enough. They are about volume and business expansion. Do not expect to earn enough to make a decent living. The owners of this company are shady and dishonest regarding pay. I was told by the owner of the company that I would be making $1000 a week. The most I have made, working SEVEN days a week, was $745- over two weeks. You deserve better. Do not work here. Do not contribute to this corrupted entity tainting the real estate photography industry. There are many, much better opportunities for you in this field.
