A forward-thinking company that lets everybody contribute their ideas. Very inclusive Management without unhealthy Egos. Ability to find your niche within the programming spectrum and own it.

Sometimes hectic and exhausting. But at the end of the day it's all worth it when you feel like the hero saving the day for a client and working for a company that actually shows their employees they are appreciated.

This is a completely remote company that communicates better and cares more about their employees than any company I've worked at in person. The culture is outstanding and the product is great.

There's a lot of work to do and priorities can change quickly. But if you're the type of person who likes a quick environment where everybody is invested in the success of the company then it is a lot of fun!
