Great Company to work for - Project Manager ReadyWise Employee Review

I've really enjoyed my time at ReadyWise. Management genuinely cares about employees and is approachable and supportive. The coworkers are friendly and make every day enjoyable. The work is varied, so no two days are the same, keeping things interesting. Overall, it's a positive and welcoming environment with great people. Highly recommend!

Room for improvement with benefits & PTO.

There were no pros in my experience with readywise.

Extreme language barrier. Poor training due to the language barrier. Felt bullied and judged for doing something incorrect, even after correcting what I was doing wrong. Didn’t feel like the pay was worth the amount of work and the toll it took on my body.
