Pros

No pros for this company at all, there are only cons

Cons

No policies are in place. Bullying, favoritism, lack of leadership. No actions are being taken on complaints as well. Just work as slave and don't question them for anything. Very UNDERPAID as compare to their roles. Hard to survive even for few months, if you're not favorite and are of other color.

Pros

The team in Sydney were good to work with.

Cons

If they can't get rid of you legally, they will do it illegally. Lack of care for staff. Don't ask hard questions or try to hold those who make (poor) decisions accountable, they will find a way to get rid of you, including making your role redundant, only to fill it again a few months later. The COO is a nasty piece of work and will lie to your face. In my team (Payroll support), some of what I was asked to do was right on the edge of legal.
