Pros

- Some good teammates to work with - Engaging customers

Cons

- Poor Middle Management - Lack of clear direction - No accountability from management on poor decisions - Underpaid and under resourced - Poor career progression options - Lots of talk about culture but it is not what they say - People in management roles who do not know the industry or any of the products in the business

Hi ReadyTecher, Thank you for your review, and I appreciate you sharing your perspective with me here. We are setting high standards for ourselves, particularly around culture. This includes ensuring ReadyTechers have clarity on the direction and their contribution to it, how we reward people and our communication. I'm disappointed we are not hitting the mark here and would love to speak with you further about this. Your Chief Executive would also be keen to discuss this with you if you haven't had a chat with them yet. If you would like to provide some further confidential feedback, feel comfortable contacting me directly via jess.griffin@readytech.io. or provide feedback via amber (which you can also do anonymously). Thanks again, Jess

Pros

Nice people, genuinely those who want to help customers

Cons

Tech debt is huge, offices are poorly kitted out and mgt does not like people working from home, one of their main legacy products is horrendous and no real innovation or investment. To much nepotism. Pay scalable low compared to others in sector.

Pros

Work is usually interesting, great location, senior leadership are pretty cool and the CEO, Marc, will find time for you in his day.

Cons

Uncompetitive salaries, middle management needs an overhaul, P&C team are on a job carousel of about a year which directly impacts company culture.
