Pros
- Excellent work/life balance - Benefits (health insurance, allotment for race entry fees, etc.) are solid - Fierce Conversations workshops and personality assessment training sessions help you grow personally, are interesting and can be impactful to employees and their interactions internally and externally. - If you're willing to take the initiative, you'll have the opportunity to take on tasks that are outside of your job description. It's unlikely you'll be told not to take initiative if you have a compelling reason for the impact it may have. - ReadyTalk partners with industry leaders, which brings credibility in many 'difficult to differentiate' scenarios - Many systems and processes in place that are effective and help you do your job effectively. - Cultural interview process does a very good job of bringing in the right people into the organization, with very few misses.
Cons
- Limited opportunity to advance your career beyond current role due to flat organizational structure - ReadyTalk is in a very competitive space, so differentiation in the market can be a challenge. - While you will have the opportunity to take initiative (see Pros above), it can be a challenge to have this introduce real change into the organization.
