Reading Partners does great work with students, has a strong (and effective) program, and many dedicated and talented people
Cons
National leadership has been disappointing in a variety of areas. Specifically, there continues to be a lack of transparency and consistency around staff compensation and advancement, as well as failure to appropriately tend to and ensure a healthy org culture.
