      Pros

      Working for a long time here (5+ years). The salary is pretty competitive with the market and the compensation review process is super transparent, Readdle offers a ton of benefits, including Apple device discounts, conferences attendance/business travel full coverage, sports compensation. The products are very nice and teams are always looking for the improvements in processes and performance.

      Cons

      Sometimes you need to wait for a long time for processes to be approved.
