Pros
Great people, interesting work and lots of supported HR initiatives, really good benefits - enhanced holiday, sick pay, maternity/paternity. Work/life balance and the company culture was brilliant.
Cons
Offices were old but were modernised as much as possible, Control over spend and projects/delivery could have been better.
